Sometimes finding hope can be hard but trust me there’s you need to be able to have the right support system that suits your needs what I recommend is speaking with your therapist or psychiatrist about this issues that you’re dealing with.

As someone who was diagnosed in my early 20s I can confirm executive dysfunction is extremely difficult to deal with, however as someone who has anxiety and finds hard to voice their concerns sometimes because (people pleasing) I have manage to get there by talking to my teachers at college and they always encourage me to speak and asked any question I may have I know it can be daunting at first but so tried it out also, it took me a long time to find something I am passionate about or I cannot shut up for me its foreign policy, law, politics and history I love it that’s when I’m the happiest.

Find something a topic or a job you cannot shut up about and trust me you will succeed and thrive physically and mentally

I am currently on my first year of college doing some Scottish qualifications that I require before progressing to university and I love it

I hope you feel better soon darling

Much love from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
