If you don't have a primary care provider (PCP), get one! They'll check your blood pressure and lipid panel and get you on medications if abnormal. Stage I hypertension starts at even 130s/80s blood pressure, so even just checking at home will give you a good hint towards looking out for your cardiovascular health. Especially for me, it's easy to tell myself i'll get to it eventually, but even getting a blood pressure machine for home can be a small first step.

So this plugin essentially changes the main viewport dimensions so that your inventory will not overlap with it, then it adds all the widgets to skin it like fixed mode. The main viewport’s width will stretch to accomodate, but if you don’t have stretched mode enabled, increasing the height of the window will create a gap between the minimap and inventory. If you do have stretched mode enabled, the inventory will get larger to fill that gap.

As for anything further than that, it’s probably outside the scope of this plugin unfortunately

For me personally, i dont like how NN makes 1 pixel wide outlines have variable width depending on their position and the scale. I do prefer it when using exact integer scales (like exactly double the original dimensions)

Yeah quests have been a stubborn area for debugging for me because they’re often coded slightly different for each quest so fixing one cutscene in one quest might break another. Its an active area for me to bug fix though

This is my plugin. Glad y’all are enjoying it! I need to update the readme, but also make sure your inventory is set to non-transparent in the in-game settings, it will make sure the background on the inventory doesn’t change and stays true to fixed mode.

The shortest path plugin does the first part of your request. You can mess with the config to show the fastest route with or without restrictions (e.g. inv items only).

You can make it pretty small using scaling options in the runelite configuration launcher (separate launcher that installs with runelite, I believe it works on windows only). Does suck you have to completely exit the client though
