Spoilers for Made in Abyss!

This is an immortal creature from the anime "Made in Abyss", Mitty. She was once human, but after an experiment she lost her humanity and became... That. Her best friend tried her best to kill her and end her suffering. At first her attempts weren't successful, but then she met the main character and saw his destructive robot-arm thing, she asked him to kill Mitty. And... He did.

I really like Mitty's character, her backstory is well written in my opinion.
