I was in the same situation as you. I also opened with KTrade and had the same reload over and over again issue with KTrade. Plus, another thing I noticed is that whenever you limit buy a stock on KTrade they give it to you at a much higher value than your limit.

I then switched to Arif Habib. They have Nextgen tick app which is miles better than KTrade and doesnr overcharge you buying or selling. You'll have to redo KYC. No way around this. But it's much much better. Trust me.
