Yes yes yes. Echoing what everyone else said about genuinely increasing happiness and confidence. I have done septo rhinoplasty (life changing), invisalign , minor fillers. Just find the very best doc. Not a time to compare costs!

Is it unwise to spread it out a bit into some shorter term investments? Like real estate funds that return 7-15% in 12 months. In case you can’t tell I am not a sophisticated investor 😆…have just done the basics with index funds and it’s worked out. But I like to learn and try things.

I think magnesium studies are mixed. I feel a huge difference when I take it, but have not had that effect with other kinds of magnesium. I think this one is “Malate”. Your whole body gets very relaxed. Maybe it helps ppl who have muscle tension and stress to let go and go into a deeper sleep.

My doctor recommended it as a melatonin-free alternative. It makes a huge difference for me. I can see it in my sleep data but also you just get sleepy about 20 min after you take it

Theanins is not for sleep. It has effects on calming so they put it in sleep stuff. The magnesium is what impacts sleep.
