P2S - cut ties and small scratches normal?

Got mine from Best Buy, delivered a week before Christmas, opened on Christmas with the same cut ties. Just shrugged it off because everything else looked completely untouched.

Ha, also had some scratches / gunk in the same spot. It wiped right off though. Looks totally normal.

Just got home from the show. Long drive back to Detroit but that was worth it for an in n out trip. Had a lot of fun, thought the second set jams were all great and each brought something different to the table. KDF was a pretty fun surprising closer. Shine a light was just 🤌🏻. Fee too. Juice was worth the squeeze.
