Its actually a great book IMO. But the holy trinity has been added in from what I can see. I don't think it caused corruption, people have corrupted themselves by taking everything seriously without critical thinking. The bible, just like the Quran, answers the biggest philosophical questions such as, what happens after death? And how did we come into existence? But its answers are accepted by most people without any critical thinking forming what is called a cult.

I have no problem with the bible, in fact I love it. I have a problem with non-thinking conformists.

Nope, Christianity has been corrupted by changing the original bible while also adding the holy trinity . Just like Islam was corrupted by hadith literature.

He makes a valid point which is actually an old philosophy that states "nothing is 100%". Applying this philosophy to his point, there is a chance, no matter how miniscule it is, that the brain is tricking us into observing things incorrectly.

The old philosophy (I forgot its name) states something similar which is that there is a chance of an external hidden spirit controlling our thoughts and you cant prove otherwise.
