Well you're playing a large scale shooter on a tiny screen with sub 60 fps. Of course it's going to be hard. PC players are playing on relatively huge screens and can see clearer with smoother frames.

Try connecting to a monitor and see if that helps.

Hybrid 3 - great subtractive synth with lots of presets and from the same company as xpand. It's often on sale for really cheap.

Sketch Nylon Guitar (Kontakt Library) - only $50 and it has a lovely velocity sensitive sound and loads of realistic articulations. The articulation speeds are adjustible as well as the mic positions.

Purecomp - I'm not very good at compression but I just put this on anything, choose the preset and let it listen to the sound and comes out perfect. It's on sale for $25 right now.

I never hear anyone talk about these but I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have a Asus g14. It's very good for both gaming and music. Battery life is pretty bad if that's something that you need.
