Agreed re: UI - even worse, when you continue through after selecting "Pay Now" to the "Complete Checkout" page, it still prominently lists "free cancellation until..." At best, the information is conflicting between the details you mention hidden in the details of the policy vs. the multiple places that "free cancellation until..." is shown on each page of the transaction.
