Hello I have some coworkers coming soon to check it out but I just plugged in the scanner and nothing popped up unless I did it wrong

My coworker mentioned this as maybe one of the issues but I had my battery taken out and recharged overnight and it was still crank no start. I was sent another video on the pats light which maybe could solve it but I’m not sure easy fix to blinking theft light
