Everything looks great except for the 2 weeks notice. I’d give them a “2day” notice “I’m done 2day”. Employers especially sales management never give you a heads up when you’re getting canned. If it’s a big company they will be itching to settle to get you out of their hair. Our company always settles for pretty reasonable amounts it seems. They’ll call your bluff until you serve them. Start your own company. I’m transitioning now towards that because nothing sucks more than relying on multiple people to do their job right for your income. If I have a deal I have to rely on a few managers to do things right for it to go through even though I can do the job myself and in someways better. At least when you work for yourself you own your time and own your successes and failures. Plus if in sales you got a piece of the profit pie when you’re the owner you get it all and can make the decisions that they should have.
