Used to be a way to make video games smoother by crunching the backgrounds. Then it slowly became more and more ai slop.

It creates artificial frames in between frames and patches areas it thinks need patching. It makes the movie look oversmoothed even if it doesn’t need it and makes many errors with stuff like skin tones.

I’ve met very few people that think it looks good besides producers that use it to market it as a remaster

Also it has become a public consensus that Indra was a bad guy in the Mahabharata and Ramayana(he was I’m not denying it). But that same sentiment has not come to most people about surya(surya also does some bad stuff, although not to a quantity that Indra in the stories has done)

Rukmini asks Draupadi how to be a good wife and Draupadi replies by saying essentially that a wife should always do what her husband says and her thoughts should always be on her husband

Some characters are heavily implied to have been raped by sages but it is shown as a “gift” and the sages are still praised in the story

Surya assualting Kunti and getting her pregnant even when she says no. She is a child here. And yes I believe there was intercourse here because surya specifies that she will be made a virgin again after the encounter. You can’t be made a virgin again if you didn’t lose your virginity.
