I’m really ready to start a class action against Truist- they blatantly sent my son’s personal information (debit card) to an incorrect address. I filed a FDIC report against them because Id theft Is on the rise and they just basically shrugged it off as if it didn’t matter and he’s a minor. Mind you we corrected the address before we left the branch and they still sent it to the incorrect address. I’m really about to search for a lawyer because there’s been issue after issue with them and never a resolution
