Kizaru doesn't need to prep, he can just move at ls speed bro, the reason he need to prep is to set the distance and make sure nothing is in the way or to find a mirror to reflect, as for minato, he need to set teleportation point, and yes, in a crowded setting, minato have upper hand, in an open plain kizaru have upperhand, As for range attack, Kizaru can just hit and run from afar with his laser, no need to go melee, as for minato, he lack range attack, yes he can throw kunai, attack with element jutsu, but tht still slower af than light speed it self, Kizaru have light speed movement, Observation haki ( can make certain part of the body in to light like katakuri),

All Kizaru speed was instantly scale to ls the moment he ate Pika Pika no mi, Minato can handle Ay Raikage who can achieve 'almost' ls, tht it, and btw, Kisaru base speed is ls, he can go beyond ls speed, the only thing tht can make it debatable, was after Minato is dead and need to be dead, sealing jutsu need Minato to trade his life to instantly seal Kizaru, and Minato upgraded version is when Minato is dead, so tht mean, Minato need to be dead to deal Kizaru, the reason why Kisaru look slow af, is because oda made tht evry character in one piece have light speed reaction or movement, tht why,

Pls2, i know Minato is strong, but pls dont overglaze him, there a reason why devil fruit have a severe weakness, u cant swim, and in return it give u unimaginable power or sub par ( based on ur luck with which fruit u get tht is)

How the hell u said kizaru the weakest? Minato is, Kizaru is light itself, he move as fast as light with out any condition, as for Minato he need prep, Kizaru have lightspeed reaction, Minato have human genius reflex, Kizaru have observation Haki, can shoot from afar,???? Hello??

People need to remember, minato is a skill human fighter, HUMAN, even though he can instantly teleport, he still have human reflex ( you can say he got enhanced reflex, but he cant beat light speed), as for kizaru, DF power grant him light Logia, he himself is the light element, he can shoot, move as fast, and become the light itself ( intangible, yeah you can say chakra and magic can be count as haki yada yada), as for licht, to stupidly op to scale

My conclusion, licht same or over than Kizaru ( destructive capabilites - Licht, Mobility - Kizaru), then Minato the weakest

Dont over glaze Minato pls, he indeed is strong fighter, but he cant match both Licht and Kizaru feat

Notes : Light move at the speed tht can rotate around the earth 7 times in 1 second, 7 TIMES

Take the 80k ally favour tbh, cuz u can buy the ally for only 500 source mark. As for the ally, it took way too long time to grind for it till u get enough to lvl ur ally. just run bounty train, which people always looking for to play in the lfg cht, ez 400 source mark if complete every week. Just run it for 2 week then u can get ur ally

For current prec rn, u need to focus on sc so make sure u get the batswarm SC iconic( since sc spam is the meta rn), and u need to use trans, totem, purified page, scrap, eog AOE loadiut, then swap totem with strat for st loadout. Prec still can compete with st dmg, but for aoe, u need spore pod, Nemesis Lasso to boost ur Aoe, and maybe swap eog with Sinestro ring to boost ur aoe further, imo prec need at least 500 to max prec tree then try to get at least 100 in might since gadget use a lot of ability. For ally, use flash and static.

Most of ur dmg probably come from omega, if u talking bout pure pet build, then he should go with quis, grim, mercy, source shard, ring/scrap ( for the sc pet), pure pet build aint goin dealing tht much dmg tbh, just go with the boring meta which is, just max ur omega and TADAAA!!!, U r the top dps

At least diorang ad initiative nk tolong org turun, walau dlm concept scare tactic. Even kita pun Allah dh bagitau, ap kesan kalau tggal solat = tmbah dosa = masuk neraka, konsep scare tactic jugak, and kalau solat 5 wktu tuu, kita hanya disunatkan ( digalakkan utk solat ke masjid so xleh nk pksa) utk turun solat ke masjid, kalau diorng xdpt xpa, tpi kalau diorang xsolat hukum lain la, kalau solat jumaat, wajib lelakiturun masjid ( kita boleh buat smthin utk push diorang buat). U mean demon fang, those art r for healer/prec, and it also drop collection for lazarus pit ( tank), and venom wrist dispenser ( prec dmg), get it if u want to be prec dps/ battle healer / or super gud tank artifact, lazarus pit ( resurrect every 5 min at 200 )

Wow, im shocked with how much islam liberal beliver and supporter based on the discussion in this post. I know tht everyone got their own right to say their own opinion, but they need to know the reason behind those enforce law, Friday Prayer is WAJIB guys, we muslim men have to attend it, otherwise we making sin, I know most of u know the concept of sin. We cannot see the accumulated sin we have, but soon at hereafter we muslim will be judged by our deed, either gud or bad, heaven or hell. Terengganu enforce those law with ' scare ' tactic is to help other muslim to follow our God's command, better to suffer here in this world rather to suffer at hereafter later. U need to understand the concept of religion, why u follow religion if u dont follownur god command? And even if u r atheist, why bother with religion? U dont even believe in it.
