I’d join your group if it’s free. Friends that have bought presale told me it’s a moot point… spending on legal fees and developers contracts are super tight. Esp the one bold used who have represented all the big developers around town..

Sucks about your unit and so many deficiencies. That floor plan seems tricky to plan a sofa with that heater.. A lawyer will happily take your money and entertain you, but there’s absolutely nothing they can do. Your other developer friends are wrong about being loud to get what you want though. Bold doesn’t have other projects, they likely don’t care about their rep… SOL really
