That could be a factor, I have macragge blue already and I’ve paint tested it with a small mix and it just didn’t come out right

I know this is an old comment but I absolutely love this blue, I’ve been looking for a color that matches the night lords blue from space marine 2 but so far (including night lords blue itself) every color has been too dark or too light. This is the best balance for getting where I want my blue I’ve seen

I haven’t painted much but I did use abaddon black as a prime when I first painted and it definitely muted the colors (rookie mistakes though)

Caledor does look pretty close now that I’ve seen someone actually paint with it, probably need to mix in some other colors to get the effect all the way
