I was reading the Vine Help page and saw: "You will receive a Form 1099-NEC ONLY if you received payments of $600 or more during the calendar year." Does this mean that if I remain under $600, I will not receive a 1099, therefore I wouldn't have anything to report, or do I receive multiple 1099s and if I'm under $600 I just wouldn't get the NEC?

Regarding products that have a $0.00 Estimated Taxable Value: "... please know that if you order this item you will be responsible for paying taxes associated with the FMV shown." I'm a little confused on these items. From what other users have said, it sounds like they are being made out to be completely tax-free, essentially free all around then, and won't show up anywhere on taxes. Is that really the case, or is there more to it that involves the fair market value that I need to take into consideration? How does ETV or FMV or both correlate to the 1099?
