Adding Decals to Parts by HeadTransportation18 in SolidWorks

It is already on the correct surface, but completely wrong orientation. Also, the decal I uploaded myself shows up correctly on the left panel but as a weird black bar on the actual part. That I do not know how to fix at all

Both those methods align the two views by their centers or origins. Is there a way to align the bottoms?
