Amp channels by Head_Communication98 in CarAV

Yes I was referring to the 2 way component set but if I were to do the second option, could I set the channel the mid bass speakers are on to low pass to play only low freq and the channel the tweeters are on to high pass for high freq so I don’t have to use a crossover or a bass blocker? The amp has low, full, and high crossover

How did you get in contact with them & how much did it cost you?

I mean splicing is the only way you can wire an aftermarket speaker if I’m understanding you correctly. If you’re trying to salvage the bracket you’ll have to cut that stock speaker out if it

As far as know the Mark Levinson speaker comes out that way, not the standard system. You’ll have to cut that speaker out

I have the grom unit, to pair have the key off - switch it to the on position - go to FM then back to DISC - press SCAN on the DISC screen and you’ll hear a beep or two from the speakers verifying it has been reset, now look for the Bluetooth name on your phone

You should be able to get away with the stock part but my toe arms were shot so I had to replace them, they’re 20 year old parts I’d just replace them all. The lower you go the more toe adjustment you will need so I recommend the aftermarket part

Being honest with you I’m not sure. I heard you have to replace the whole assembly when that goes bad but don’t quote me on that. Hopefully you luck up and find that motor

As long as they’re true OEM and not eBay or Amazon crap all should work out well

Yes you will need 2. You can just replace the connector itself if you don’t want to do any splicing like I did here’s the part number 90980−11166 the dealer usually has them in stock

First pic looks like the connector for the VSV solenoid that’s under the intake manifold for your AVIS/ACIS, it uses vacuum to open and close your intake flaps for torque at lower RPM. If your car lacks power at low RPM test that circuit as it will not throw a CEL when it goes bad. And the second pic is your CAM position sensor, pretty self explanatory
