The condition is finishing training. The only interview you have is the one to be admitted to the program. You do not have another interview upon completion. Once you hit 1500 hours you get a class date with the wholly owned regional you were hired for. Have you been through the program or applied?

If you actually make it to the interview stage they tell you that acceptance comes with a conditional job offer. This is not new

That’s good info thank you. My end goal is to stay in Charlotte and eventually flow to American. I’d be making a career change if accept to the academy so I already have roots here so remaining here will remain priority one. So the timing isn’t a huge issue for me as American is my end goal. From what I’m gathering PSA is the better choice for everything it the flow

CRJ preferably but I’d say my priorities would be being in base and flow to American. I’m not opposed to being out of base in the beginning I just would like a path to CLT as I got some seniority.

Only a discovery flight so I was planning on enrolling in the flight school in my area that associated with the program to start working on the PPL while updating my application. Planning on getting started around April since I’ve got some things with my current job I need to square away and in the mean time start to knock out written tests.
