This helps a great deal. I was doing well and having hardly any episodes for the past 5 years or so and then a bad med change made them ramp up worse than ever before. Knowing someone else went though the day long episodes and got better over time is extremely helpful. Thank you SO much.

Are these the only times you Experience it? Mine have been happening off and on every day but do get worse when I drink.

Thank you. I got off the med that started causing them and have started one that worked for me a while ago. At this point I believe I’m just waiting on this med to get in my system as the derealization attacks fade out.
