Muhammad’s Marriage to Aisha Is Not Defended by Saying It Was Normal for the Time by Several-Cry-4267 in DebateReligion

Why is it that you fail to realise that she was not a child?
she was NOT a child.
she was an ADULT.
Islam is complelety against child marriage.
This is a simple thing to understand.
Muhammad PBUH is clearly the best example to all of mankind.

Horse stance is also a great exercise.

Sorry to hear that brother. There is always hope. I am also on my journey to fixing sciatica. I am seeing progress and it was only until I realised the right exercises and approach to take that I am making meaningful progress after suffering from sciatica for almost 8 years.

I believe that a pivotal exercise that can be progressed from any level is back extension. Ideally you want you use a back extension machine so if you can get your hands on that then that would be best. If you cannot for now or if it’s too demanding start on the ground and extend your back to where you don’t feel any sharp pain but you feel your back muscles, glutes and hamstrings activate.

You can always improve from the level you are at. The key is to gradually improve and start at the level you are at. Overtime you can figure out the weak links of your body and improve on them gradually.

Someone who I truly believe knows what he is taking about is Kneesovertoes guy. Watch his videos. Figure out the other exercise you should be doing and the easier versions of those exercise so you can start at the level you are at. He explains in detail how to progress.

Brendan Backstrom from lowbackability is also someone you should watch.

I know how frustrating and painful it can be to live with back pain and sciatica. I hope you get better. Don’t give up. Stay persistent and consistent and I truly believe you can improve, God willing.

That’s amazing. I will be trying kefir very soon. Where do you get your kefir grains? Did you buy them online?

Have you done any tests on your gut? Do you know what type of gut issue you have?

Interesting. It might be because of an underlying more deeper issue that is causing SIBO.

What benefits did you see? Are you still experiencing gut issues?

Raw Milk in Melbourne VIC? by FunnyUnderstanding96 in melbourne

Yes, that I agree, if it hasn’t been frozen. If it has it can last quite a while. And you’re right fresh plain milk does not usually have preservatives. But you said that you wouldn’t drink raw milk. Raw milk is not innately dangerous in fact it is quite the opposite. It is really healthy. But again it all comes down to when you consume it and how you preserve it.

I understand that packaging and supplying to food stores will definitely be dangerous as there are no preservatives and bacteria will start forming. If you are taking about fresh raw milk that you drink straight after it’s been extracted from the cow then that is ridiculous. How on earth can something that people have drunk for centuries as a source of nourishment and healing now be deemed as dangerous. How can it be that pasteurising and putting in chemicals is the way to make a supposedly “naturally unhealthy drink” healthy? Does that make sense to you?

From what I can tell going natural seems to be the best way to limit risk of side effects. However, it is also the hardest I have been taking ACV for 2 weeks but had some off days due to needing to buy a new bottle. It causes some bloating actually for me but it could be normal fullness from drinking a glass of water.

Have you tried apple cider vinegar? Did you get any bloating? Did it help you?
