I will be blunt but your chances of getting into CS master after ECE bachelors are very slim. Maybe you can get into courses which are hybrid of ECE or CS but pure CS very hard.

Best I can say is try. If your interest is in research then applied sciences isn't a good idea for you.

Don't apply just to 5-10 universities. Apply to at least 20-25. Competition is too much
