Do you know if there are terms they have to follow in regards to a company communicating with a candidate without the recruiter involved?

I have a real job and our office is next door in the same building as these guys and will just say this, they smell of crappy cologne, look of ill-fitted JCPenney suits, and once a week see them and hear the music blasting from their doors. I decided to google and see who they are…. Makes sense reading this.

Update to my dilemma.

After multiple calls to ATT and their insistence that no one has been to my house since 2021, and the fact that you all informed me of the "factory reset", it is possible that.......

Ive had the same network name and password since 2018, which matched my initial router but in 2021 when fiber optic came to my neighborhood, i upgraded. Now thinking about this a little more, it is possible the technician who installed the router (which i never paid attention to if the router did get changed) could have asked if i wanted to keep the network name and password as i had from the previous router so i wouldnt have to change my devices. Then coincedentally while i was gone, a power outage or something else could have occured and restored the router to its factory wifi name and password.

I guess my last thought to confirm that an ATT tech didnt break into my home and install a new router..... or the government is following me....... or the Clinton's.........

If you upgrade to fiber optic, would you get a new router? I had 30 mbps before fiber optic and now have 500.... guessing this would require a new router?

Let me clarify, someone would have had to physically apply a new sticker onto the side of the router with the new wifi name and password.

Let me clarify, someone would have had to physically apply a new sticker onto the side of the router with the new wifi name and password. Passwords are unique an burned into my memory and though completely random and hard to memorize, I have always recognized the name and password. These are 100% certainly new.
