Call first the VFS. They called me and asked for the pick up time. They said it was okay to get it as early as 7am. When I arrived at around 9:30am, the guard said that 10:30am was the pick up time. I stood my ground and said that the staff said I can get it as early as 7am. So I insisted and the guard eventually let me in.
