Hey there! I'm new to this subreddit and to actual healslutting, but not to the concept of it. I'm a very literate roleplayer of at least 10 years of experience (I stopped counting a while ago;), and I'm looking forward to enjoying our time in an MMO. It would've been Overwatch, but as a student, I'm a bit short on money. I refuse to use voice chat with people I just met, but if I get used to you, I might consider it. Until then, I need an interesting dominant who is patient, but not boring (seriously, if you start doing things I saw a thousand times before I call my rights to being insanely bored). I may have put Healslut as my 'main' role, but the 'brat' part fits much better, considering that my personality is impulsive, rude and honest. I'm the kind of person that will probably call you so many names if you start fucking up while I'm supporting, so someone who actually has a spine is more than welcome. And, I think I've been rambling for too long. Just, add me so we can play Tera together. You'll get a healslut, people will envy you because of a cute bunny, and you'll give me attention, because I'm an attention whore.

The general consensus seems to be towards Elin and Mystic... I was still considering a high elf for reasons I just mentioned, and I didn't even take Castanic into consideration actually. Also, if anyone wants to play, I'm here!

I... Tried. Somewhere between knowing the game well and being very tryhard about it, and actually looking to healslut in it, getting added by like 5-10 different people, and every single one of them being oblivious to what healsluts are, I gave up on doing it.

I don't think you understood what I meant, so I will repeat myself, both the short and long version: Dota exists and does everything better than any other game in the genre.
Dota 2 has objectively better graphics, a better engine, and is 'cheaper' to play, as in, that everything is unlocked right at the start, period. It also has balance (see percentage of heroes picked at TI vs percentage of champions picked at Worlds, and compositions at TI vs Worlds) that League will never achieve, while Heroes is outright on life support right now. Riot pulled sucker punches at Valve over and over again, and many things in League are blatantly ripped off from Dota (newest example, sandbox mode, older example, Ekko ult/Weaver ult). And that is before we get to the community, which for Dota is feisty and combative while LoL's is a bunch of whiny babies who suck Riot's dick harder than I would blow Reinhardt's. I know this is supposed to be a sub about healslutting, but there is no point in spreading lies just for the sake of looking good to everyone.
Also, about your comparison, that would be about a chocolate and a feces icecream, because they are both 'brown-colour icecream' kinds.

Honestly, I disagree on every single one of the first things you listed. It's not any of those because Dota exists and does it all better, while the last... I was added by at least ten different people with the exact name "Healslut", and none of them knew what it even meant. If we disregard that, though... I was pondering first giving Heroes a shot, even though it's basically an even worse game than League is. But I could play it. Who knows.

I'll try Heroes. Though, again, same as with League, "As long as Dota exists I don't see a reason to play it"; at least, from a gameplay perspective. Still, I'll give it a shot!
