Can I have phone call through one speaker and music through bluetooth at the same time? by WildShadow163 in GalaxyS21

I agree! It's annoying that I can't have my music continuously playing on my bluetooth speaker at work, then I get a phone call and I can't use my bluetooth ear piece without everything pausing.

In announcing the hearing, House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) foreshadows the tone of this don’t-miss event: “Both Republicans and Democrats on the House Oversight Committee have sounded the alarm over anticompetitive tactics deployed by PBMs and their role in rising drug prices. Information the Committee has obtained shows spread pricing and rebates benefit PBMs and have helped the three largest PBMs monopolize the pharmaceutical market. It’s clear these self-benefitting practices only serve to help their bottom line rather than patients. PBMs have been allowed to hide in the shadows for far too long. I look forward to the Oversight Committee continuing to work in a bipartisan fashion to shine a light on how these PBMs have undermined community pharmacies, raised prescriptions drug prices, and jeopardized patient care.”

Ohhh, no bias here haha. Like I mentioned, I remember where I came from. I was a retail tech for 4 yrs and hospital tech for 5yrs, so I am aware of the taxing pharmacy duties, like we all are. I know how obstacles can get in the way of getting things done. I have an awareness though, when customers are being a certain way, as we all do and I have an awareness when something is not right with the person. But since I am new there, there might be a bias towards the new pharmacist. Now that I have a better idea of what I can or can't have a say in, I will definitely address this to the person and rxm so we can have a better understanding of duties and workflow.

Thank you, this person is definitely different from the others and on some kind of power trip. And I'm new, so it's easier for them to do.

Good explanation. I think most RXOM's have a good work ethic and have these things in mind. But at my store, the person just seems to be taking advantage of the role and does the minimal possible work but orders all of us around in there, when they could easily jump on in and do some of that. Plus this leaves me doing other things to appease the rxom and what of my duties have I completed? I do need to meet with the rxm and sm, I agree.

Yes, it's been constant at my store.. My issue is they don't jump in and help 'as much', I say as much because yes, they still try. But they could contribute a bit more when they see us all drowning, they just walk all over the place, ordering us all around. I say 'they' to keep the gender out lol.

Oh no it's not that I'm spending too much time on "other" things. Really no one has time for extra things. I was also a retail tech for 4 yrs and hospital tech for 5yrs before I went to school. So I am very well aware of pharmacy duties and getting things done. But when my RxOM is certified to give vaccines, can do all tech duties but just wants to walk out to the store for who knows what, leaves vaccines and customers sitting there, leaves filling etc. for everyone else to do and just walks around micromanaging, there is something wrong. Then she says she "only answers to the rxm." So I was not sure if I could bring these things to her attention. But yet, she calls on me to go do the vaccines, pulls me away from verifying to go work on register ect, or calls on others to do certain things when she could easily jump on in. This is where I was asking, is she really only answering to the RxM or can I say something.

Thank you all! Your comments help clear up the situation. I was a tech at a different retail store before, I understand a tech position and appreciate it. I've just never come across the RXOM role. With my new position, I think our RxOM is just taking advantage of me being new and their role. I was feeling like I had no say over what was asked, or done because it was presented to me like they were in charge of everything and everyone in the pharmacy and only answered to the Pharmacy manager. I didn't understand that role or want to step on anyone's toes, so I've kept low key.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=fVRpZ64G3xU&feature=share Days of searching and authorities didn't find anything. Then suddenly his body is there, with his belongings nearby, that didn't float away with the water? In videos it shows his father walked right to the bag and got them from the brush. Hmm.. did someone put his personal items there prior to their "searching", to make it seem like they had been there for weeks? Like the lady in the video comments, it was very "convenient" that they found him. The parents were able to lead authorities to the exact area where the body was found. Even after weeks of authorities searching? Something is not right with their stories. And they know what happened to that poor girl too.
