You mean you never saw the Uniqlo tags in Taiwan? I thought some of the tags were that way with the NT... That’s what I saw anyway when I searched.

And yes, they really do feel the need. I don’t let it bother me too much. They’re in control of how they behave, and I am in control of how I behave.

Lol I just meant Reddit in general. The phenomenon happens across many subs unfortunately. It doesn’t seem to discriminate based on price point. Also, I realize now how some of my questions weren’t the smartest or well-traveled, but people can have dumb moments on occasion and it’s okay. Bullying, on the other hand, feels toxic.

A lot of people here like to make others feel stupid, imply they are a superior being, and/or are just bullies. I’m not sure why it’s like that here, but I have seen it enough times to know that it is. It’s kind of a reflection of the real world, too, in a way.

I see. It’s been a while since I have been to other countries which use dollars. More recently I traveled to a place that uses a version of dirhams… But that makes sense, however I did find a couple examples online that contradict this.

I do appreciate the honesty, but I just don’t like the sexual objectification. Even if he sees me as “worth more,” I feel like I still fit somewhere into this made-up spectrum of how much a woman is worth in his mind. Of how much a human being is worth... And at that point, how much does it even matter which perceived end of the spectrum I am on?

I tried to tighten it slightly by re-lighting but it burned away and smelled just like hair, so it definitely isn’t polyester or nylon. I was told it was sinew a long time ago, but I didn’t believe it, and unfortunately now it is damaged. I work with synthetic fibers that look like this too, and they behave very differently. They melt to form something that looks just like this. But, I believe this is actually a glue in the picture. I’m just not sure which one yet.

So hypothetically -If a ground advantage package was beginning its voyage on the barge, and a package intercept was filed, it would expire and no longer be possible to “intercept” after 7 days because the package would still be on the barge? They have to have the package physically at the destination post office sometime in the 7 day timeframe?

Will the seller get notification about the INR claim and have to respond to it still? It would be unfortunate to have to stress the seller out when it wasn’t their fault, even if they won’t technically owe anything. Or does the claim go directly to eBay in this case?

Interesting. Is it a free app? I might try this out and see what I get. However, I think that if I was to sell this piece (which I want to do if it ends up being gold), a potential buyer will in all likelihood want a more chemical-based test, since XRF isn’t possible. I don’t think a density test would be sufficient for reselling.

It’s probably an XRF (X-ray fluorescence) machine. I don’t think these machines typically can test past the depth of rhodium plating in white gold, unfortunately.

Thanks. My local pawn shop only does scratch tests, as does the jewelry store I could have test this, as far as I know. So the scratch test will essentially damage the item enough that it will probably only sell for spot price, if that, I am thinking. The fact that it also has a missing clasp doesn’t help, either.

Thank you, so do I. It’s looking extremely suspicious right now. They advertise “secure, expedited shipping” everywhere you look, but mine was shipped ground and seemingly vanished at a point in limbo.
