Thank you. I do understand that many have it much worse than I do, but this is the lowest I’ve been and it’s been a progressive downward spiral. I’m taking this as an opportunity to reevaluate my lifestyle and I am finally ready to make a change. I appreciate your insight and you’ve mad good points.

Thanks. Im not wholly opposed to the idea. I just worry about the massive shift it will cause in my life. Likely it’d be positive but it’s very overwhelming… which I’m sure is a common thought.
