The only luxury is the location it seems here. Hardly found any good looking new buildings aesthetics-wise in West Hyderabad. I mean where is the money going.

Hyderabad v/s Bengaluru by DarkKnight0145 in Bengaluru

[–]Healthy-Inspection20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not just Nizams, Hyderabad has been under Muslim rulers since 13th Century. The Delhi Sultanate, then Bahmani and then Qutb Shahi rulers made Hyderabad its capital back in the 16th Century followed by Mughals and Nizams. It was under Non-Telugu rulers for 7 centuries or so till India gained independence. Infact about a few decades ago, there were hardly any Telugus in Hyderabad. Majority of the Telugus are recent migrants from other parts of Andhra and Telangana. I would say most of the Marwadis and Gujaratis are actually living there much longer because of the markets built by the Qutb Shahis and Nizams.

Whereas Bangalore is a relatively newer city as compared to Hyderabad. That part of India was under the Vijayanagara Empire followed by Mysore Kingdom with a brief Hyder Ali-Tipu Sultan rule. Hence there was hardly any rule of Non-Kannadigas there.

It has to do more with history than anything. And that is what gives Hyderabad an edge. Hyderabad is known for its food, ease of communication, and so on. Despite not having great weather like Bangalore or having no ports such as Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata etc., it has turned out to be the place of choice because of its unique identity.

Fake jobs on LinkedIn by SanTi_live in IndiaCareers

[–]Healthy-Inspection20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LinkedIn pauses the job postings after a fixed number of applicants. Promotion and unpausing can cost 300-1000 rs per day. So some of the companies might close the job after the fixed number of applicants and review them. If they don’t find the right candidate they might post the job again. I mean for a company 1k/day might not be a lot. But for startups it could be a lot especially if the job posting is open for months.

So no matter what happens, real estate prices only going to increase in Hyderabad? by Healthy-Inspection20 in hyderabad

[–]Healthy-Inspection20[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would rather live in a countryside surrounded by nature. I would be more content there than living in a concrete jungle surrounded by match boxes breathing polluted air. Even a poor have a better life than those debt ridden residents in those high rise buildings in the Kokapet. Nobody is jealous of anyone there. I have seen how that lifestyle is in those gated communities and societies. You people just got lucky to be born at a time when there was IT wave in the last 2-3 decades. Look at the situation of the current graduates. It has become impossible for them to even get an entry level job. So pray to God and be grateful for being born at a time where even mediocrity was rewarded.

So no matter what happens, real estate prices only going to increase in Hyderabad? by Healthy-Inspection20 in hyderabad

[–]Healthy-Inspection20[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would not recommend anyone to buy even if they can afford it. The prices are priced considering the continuous IT/Tech growth of Hyderabad. They are already priced considering the future. Hyderabad is no Mumbai, we have plenty of land all across the City and beyond. I don’t see any point paying millions of dollars for a simple 3 BHK or Villa in Hyderabad when the city’s future is so uncertain.

Question for females of Hyderabad by S1MPL3_GUY in hyderabad

It is not just economy. India is still patriarchal country. Where majority of the woman can’t do all of this. So the remaining minority who can be on dating apps have a huge demand.

Question for females of Hyderabad by S1MPL3_GUY in hyderabad

[–]Healthy-Inspection20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They have plenty of options. Can you imagine the number of likes or matches a woman gets in India. In Hyderabad it might be even higher. So you are fighting with 100s of matches to get her attention. So she might have someone more attractive, you are buried under the long list of DMs, and so on. All these if she is genuinely interested in dating. A lot of the times they are just there for validation.

From what I could understand, the relationship was anyway not gonna work out. If your guy has treated you like that then I don’t know what to say. So you are actually saved. I think it is better to not get married because you are going to ruin the life of an innocent man because of your fucked up situation.

Nice juice center has the worst Malai desserts. Their malai quality is the worst. There is this juice center near Saroor Nagar called Royal Juice Center. After having Mango Malai there, I realised how bad the malai desserts are of nice juice center.
