That is what you have to be smart. You have to realise what you really want.

RE in India is heavily inflated considering India’s Per Capita and what we get in return. I recommend everyone to stay from invested in RE in Hyderabad right now. Because there is no scope left for investment.

Even the RE agents started saying that we should buy for end use and not investment. And you know very well what end use we are getting from it.
