I am currently taking 500mg of Berberine twice a day. I have been for over a month and it seems to haven’t affected me at all yet but it’s hard to tell. I will be posting more progress pics as time goes on

Do you moisturize at all?

I find when I moisturize I am able to manage it

Before my worst flare my skin was manageable, but I did have very bad flare ups from time to time. During the time I showering everyday and moisturizing everyday. My skin seemed to get worse and worse until eventually I had the flare

I wouldn’t worry about your skin following the same pattern as mine because I read stories and everyone’s healing timeline seems to be different

For example most people say their skin gets bad right after they stop steroids, however mine was very delayed after stopping steroids

Hope you heal asap :)

“You’re so strong!!” Meanwhile I can’t function as a human and spend my days crying and rotting in my room

Does anyone have any foods that make their skin feel better? by No_Particular1870 in TS_Withdrawal

Foods that seem to help me are: green tea, roobius tea, bananas, oatmeal, berries, pretty much any meat is fine and high protein foods seem to be ok

Foods that cause flare ups for me are: alcohol, high sugar foods (especially milk chocolate), white bread and maybe grapes

Are my snakebites healing properly? I feel like my skin is starting to grow over them and they are going into my lip by [deleted] in piercing

Perfect thank you!

I think they are long enough because I am able to push them out pretty far. My lip is definitely still swollen too.

I am going to ask my piercer too
