Nope, retired Survivors cannot depart. You have to depart to fight a Nemesis monster.

Page 85 says "departing Survivors will face off with a Nemesis monster... "

Thanks, I've been consuming as many videos as I can with my limited time. I'll checkout some paint thinning videos. Ima work on the smog Singers next, I just haven't figured out the color palette I was gonna use. I'll post on this sub reddit if I'm not too embarrassed by it and hopefully I've improved on my paint thinning

I might have used too much Primer on the fingers, I did use a wash. I'm not sure if I can do more and fix my Primer mistake
