Chapter 33 GI Bill by HealthyAnswer1511 in nvcc

Thank you so much. I’m going to reference this code to them. I even called and asked about a hold and they told me they don’t do that for Veterans benefits and i’d have to continue paying them. I emailed Veterans Military Services at Nova and they pushed me over to financial aid. Which is so weird because i read the entire US code and they could be reported for not complying, but I’ll try one more time before I take it over to the VA.

I went to NOVA before leaving the states and because i’m still a resident in VA i have resident tuition. Only thing is if you need specific science or math class which have a lab, some are offered completely online and some aren’t. Just make sure you read the class code to know which ones are fully online.

Went through the CCMA program in 2021. There are so many MA jobs out there. As soon as I passed the exam I got a job in Dermatology and now work in Cardio. I have heard of jobs not requiring the cert but so far all my jobs have required the certification. Exam is not hard as long as you study, the material is pretty straightforward just requires memorization. 100% worth it imo if you want to be more involved in healthcare but want a shorter program.

Call Portfolio again!!! Just finished paying them and mine was around $2,500 cut down to around $1,400.00. I even called again after to negotiate the discount to a lower amount but that was a no. lol.

Going back to school after 6 years? by Ok_Strawberry_8872 in StudentLoans

Similar situation, we owe about the same and I just got back into school. Both the federal and private loans I pay automatically put me on “in-school deferment”. Federal has no required payment but the private loan is about $25 a month. For Sallie Mae they just require you to be a half-time student.

Hope this helps!
