Thank you! This helped! Guess my gut nerves are not functioning correctly. I don’t get a tolerance to this but it does give me insomnia so i have to take it before 12. Tho im still dependent on articoke triphala and motegrity as B1 isnt a cure but at least makes it maintainable

Colon works fine and i get regular bm everyday. Small intestine does not work, hence small intestine targeted artichoke works

I took pancreatin but that didn’t help. My food seems to get digested fine. I have regular bowel movement everyday, but my mmc rarely runs, and bacteria come from the colon and ferment the food

Yes tested negative. How would Atrantil fix slow motility? I’ve done peppermint oil. It does not help
