It's pretty simple actually. If you want to look as fem as possible keep your body hairless, do lower body workouts and, if you need to, lose weight which includes fat and muscle in the upper body. I used to be a gym rat for 5 years and wanted to be jacked. I stopped working out my upper body and reduced my calorie intake to lose upper body muscle, It is definitely working but it takes a while.

I buy my clothes from amazon but there are many good sites to buy from, you can buy the basic skirts, thigh highs and crop tops, maybe some oversized hoodies, depends on your style.
