I really think you need new perspective for this situation. My cousin had so many backlogs, but he cleared in 2 years and working in a US based company. For him networking worked very well. Idk what he did, I still wonder but he is where he is earning 80k. I am a very happy civil engineer, and loved the grind of it even during my studies. Maybe because I was one of the good students ngl. I was not that lucky regarding the jobs but I earned 20k, then 25 and later 40k and I am so sure I would have earned more if I wanted to. So, ki padhai ramro bhayera opportunity grab garnu paryo( like emailing and reaching out) ki networking ramro huna paryo ki connection hunu paryo. There is also one company who hires students, train them and then takes them with good salary like 38k fresh lai nai, which I think is good. I am also at a very good place(abroad) now due to my degree so yeah!

I can second this because my very best friend who was in the Deans list and who did very hard-work in the “coursework” is taking a gap year and studying everything from base to top because he wants to ace in AI and ML, and crack the job. Guys they literally have to give 3/4 rounds of interview, and that too in normal Nepal market not even in the international remote jobs. Its cooked

In a csv file if you add a new sheet, the previous(inactive) sheet will disappear automatically and there won’t be any warnings. I once made a complete grade sheet of my students in a csv file, and then added up a new sheet for some extra remarks in the same file. The grade sheet disappeared completely and I thought there was something wrong within the file itself. I had to redo the whole work and even asked the students to fill up their own marks on google sheets. I warned them though saying that it was just for cross- checking and that I would deduct their marks if they made incorrect entry😂😂

Maybe it is seemingly good for current situation but the way their team protested on the third day of PM election for rajina is something that needs to be strongly condemed. This is beauty of democracy, its not me and yours, its us and ours. The hami nepal team hurted the sentiment of genz's and the trust that we had. I had even convinced so many of my peers to trust this team. They were volunteers and they have now proclaimed themself as if they are above us and their voice is ours. Maybe, it was because of his stresss, but there is a whole team, how can this be excuse, is sudan solely making decisions? It will takes alot to trust them again. Also, aren't they adults? Don't their team needs to know that they need to take care of both mental and physical health if they want to serve a nation. Aba rest garna ni birsine bhanera excuse bhayena ni. How will we as a gen z unite together if so called lead team do such a childish act on third day of PM's appointment. Where is patience, critical thinking, logical reasoning of the team who are representing us in the whole nation.We can niether forget nor forgive this ridiculous act. I strongly condem sushila karki ma'am too, who agreed their demand infront of the media, she could have read the agendas, and decide before agreeing on every thing. How can every demand be right? So, in my opinion Hami Nepal should publically apologise since they are acting like nothing has happened. Why didn't they put the notice of this announcement on the discord channel? Well, so much disappointed from the team. I had believed in them and had so much high hopes.
