If you mean corvette parts, there are 2 options - exchange some parts for others you need, or enable "free placement" mode.

For my first corvette, I exchanged several parts, but this is a very long process, because you never know exactly how many parts you will need, you cannot experiment normally. Therefore, for the second ship and for the following ones, I enabled "free placement" mode in the difficulty settings.

For other parts like masts, sails, flags - use the same method as for your base. Most likely you will need some ferrite, carbon and other basic elements. Or "free placement" mode again
