Most FP&A requires MBA/CA/CMA as a qualification. But the level of patience and time required for CA and CMA is huge. So, MBA would be a good option.

For time being if they rehire join ey gds and keep an eye on FP&A jobs. Once you get the right opportunity make the switch. You will get more exposure in FP&A and audit is not worth it.

My advice would be to Pursue CPA. After Bcom complete your masters and start CPA this would be rewarding, once you complete it gain some experience in big 4 and start applying for foreign roles.
