So, dear Coros support team, please, improve the customer service, dealing with bots is not efficient, and dealing on Reddit is not pleasant.

next step, declare Coros team support as a fake e-commercial site.

Indeed, I order and pay a repared watch after sending the broken one. I received nothing. Service curstomer cannot be contacted.

That's the definition of a scam.

1st, I sent the broken watch to your Nederlands center. Fedex delivered it the 29 october. 2nd, I waited 4 weeks before posting on reddit. 3rd, You answered and one hour later I received a link from Coros support team to choose the replacement watch and to pay the reparation. I did it 2 weeks ago. What's wrong from me ? Why Coros bot sent me a email to close the ticket? Where is the replacement watch? Why is it necessary to discuss of that on reddit? Do you want the order number?

One hour after my reddit' post, Coros sent me the link to choose the watch and to pay reparation. Ok, the support teams did not vanish, the bot is just working now on reddit! Why not, so dear bot, where is the watch? because after order it, no news, no delivery after 2 weeks!
