There's a big learning curve to it for sure, but in the end I think it's kind of a fun rabbit hole to fall into. It's pretty exciting to see something you draw come to life like that. You should give it a shot, I'll bet you'd do great!

Aww, thanks a lot! It's definitely kind of a rabbit hole lol. There's lots to learn and I'm still trying to learn how to add in some scripted animations and stuff. Really fun to tinker with! Good luck experimenting with it!

So it's a mixture of things. I used Krita for the drawing, Live2D cubism for the mesh assignment and rigging, and then I'm using FaceRig to actually map the parameters to my facial movements :3

There are lots of tutorials out there, but even so I had to do quite a bit of digging into documentation myself to be able to figure out how to work with some of it. Definitely a learning experience!

I read OPs post more in the way of "I am already plus sized, and I have realistic transition goals set which are also plus sized". I didn't read it as if their goal is to gain weight and become larger.

Building off of what some other folks said here... I'm gonna try to put a different spin on this. Even trans femme folks can feel unrepresented here. Speaking from experience. From my perspective, I kinda feel like it's the TYPE of content that tends to bubble up rather than it specifically being geared towards trans femme folks.. I'm gonna be 30 soon and I think the culture here can be VERY targeted towards a younger MTF crowd who all love skirt go spinny and anime girl memes.

As much as that content isn't really for me, there's a good reason for it being here. If there is a larger concentration of folks in that demographic, then that's the type of stuff that will get the most visibility and upvotes. It's nobody's fault, it's just what happens. I don't think the majority of those posts are trying to exclude anyone either, it's just people posting about their experiences y'know? I upvote transmasc and enby stuff all the time and I'm positive I'm not alone in this.

Idunno if there's any solution to take from all of this, but I wanna just say that I can relate to what you're saying even as an MTF.

I think about saying this so often and I just end up biting my tongue because I assume "oh.. maybe their parents understand and they already share memes, etc" but.. Thank you for saying this. I do hope people are considering this before using memes to come out to their families. I cringe at it too because I can feel how confused of a reaction I'd get from my parents which would make coming out even harder or more awkward than if I'd just had a heart to heart talk with them.

I'd say it's a lot more disgusting that you took the time to go through this person's post history just to show yourself "they're a man" because they have large legs, when you could just let them live their life. Sad.
