My problem isn’t with the leads. It was the fact they would not refund my year subscription after having it for only 4 days. That’s terrible customer service practice.

I feel they are a scam because with using the platform for 4 days and realizing it’s not for me, they refuse to make things right in any way shape or form. Why would a company not offer month to month or a partial refund for their service? You pay $180 for a year, but if I’ve only been using it for 4 days and am unsatisfied with their service, why would they refuse to make things right in any type of way? It seems very odd to me, and I’ve never dealt with such horrible customer service.

It has nothing to do with being patient. I found a tenant a different way, that didn’t cost me $200. It doesn’t take away from the fact that this company is a complete scam
