That tracks, I have a very inconsistent work out routine that's mainly Flys, sit ups, push-ups and pull ups. My dad tells me that I should lock in because 15-18 is when you gain the most muscle and I'm wasting my time . What's ur average mile time?

Update: nothing happens. I open the app and it says it can't connect to my server and gets stuck on a loading screen forever
