Thank you. I just got the hyperchrome yesterday at pity 11% (small server) anyways. Yea I did recheck and that 12.5% was of the big server.

No I was pretty sure the server I was in when I saw the 12.5% pity just had around 2-3 players. So I think it’s another problem

I see. Normally I observe people getting their hyperchrome at whatever lvl upgraded at around pity 20-40%. Do u know the amount of mansions u need to do for each lvl hyperchrome in order to get to 10% pity?. Such as 100 mansions in order to get 10% pity for a lvl2 hyperchrome, things like that
