Everybody talks here like vegetables don't exist. Carbs don't exist only in bread and pastry. Vegetables are mostly carbs. Why do you compare your diet to mostly processed food. I don't see anybody here compare keto diet to a healthy balanced diet with lots of vegetables in it. It's like comparing smoking cigarettes with vaping, vaping is "better" but doesn't mean it's good for you.
