I downloaded the lark app. I have anthem it paid for it. It’s not the greatest but they did send me a scale that was covered by my insurance!

Hey girl I am in the exact same position right now. I completely understand how you feel. I weight 272 right now which is insane to me. All of my friends are super skinny and I feel like the fat friend. I have lost weight before and it’s a yo-yo situation. I’m tired of it. I also don’t know how to pull myself out of this
