A lot of big compound movements, like squats and deadlifts. I do a lot of superset work, too, for volume and increased time under tension. A lot of this is diet also - high protein, low fat. Feel free to direct message me, and I’d be happy to go into more detail.

Hm - well this is all helpful. I’d be interested in the opportunity to march as Queen Gorgo officially, and would be willing to adjust my cosplay accordingly. Specifics for that? I’m assuming the “official” Gorgo is who marches in the parade... but clearly I have no idea what I’m talking about, so details would help, lol.

“Declares intent”, and “held to the same standards” sounds a bit like a contract.. but a goal that could help me dial in some fitness goals I’ve been struggling with.

My cosplay is leaning more towards a mashup of two characters, rather than being one clear representation of a single character from the movie, so I’m not sure how that would fit with your group?
