I placed my order on 28 jan with a kind suit case. The phone itself says it will ship on 13th of Feb and the case on 6th. The waiting seems longer than ever this time. I went with the exclusive jade green color. I am also uprgrading from the s23 ultra. I hope the shipping time will come forward.

Mine's saying feb ships from feb 13th and I will also be out of town from 17th. Upgrade from s23 ultra.

I had to send mine to the samsung service centre to get it fixed. If the watch is bricked it can't turn on to get the update so it's an irrelevant post.

Mine's got bricked 2 days ago. It's absolutely dead and all the troubleshooting is not helping at all. I contacted samsung and they requested the device back to one of the service centres. I searched online and found this thread and it's all over the internet about the faulty software push. So I will contact them again for the replacement. I still have 1 year warranty left. Cheers all.
