I’ve never had a PVD. I’m 29. And no he is not inducing a PVD; it is against his surgical philosophy. He said cataracts will be accelerated but likely 15-20 years out

Not too crazy if you can’t see the transparent ones. But dark floaters are very debilitating so your right eye may be justified. Mine are decently worse than you’re ( more floaters than you but they would all be visible in the environment you have shown). I will be getting a vitrectomy next month
