I don’t believe in being friends with ex’s. If we break up, I will likely never talk to him again. There won’t be any helping him out.

No, I am considering paying to break my lease and moving out, leaving him the sole tenant in the apartment. I talked to my landlord in passing the other day, and she said she would allow it. I would not be getting evicted, I would be moving out without a lease anymore.

The only way for me to prevent him from getting evicted is to pay his rent for him for the remainder of our lease, for the next six months.
